Terms and Conditions

1. Phone Bookings only.
2. Not available with any other discount offer.
3. Present voucher on check-in.
4. Offer is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply, including School Holidays.
5. Should you wish to cancel your booking you must notify the park 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.

Tariff Type: Summer 24/25 Pre Sale

Deposit Schedule:

• First night deposit is due at time of booking.
• Full Payment is due 90 days prior to arrival.
• Bookings within 90 days require full payment at time of booking
• Please contact the park directly if you wish to make progress payments up until 90 days of your arrival.

Terms and Conditions:

• Should you wish to cancel or change your booking before 90 days of your arrival, the park will retain the first night deposit.
• If the notice of your cancellation is received after 90 days of your arrival, the park may retain all monies paid.
• If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit
• If you wish to reduce your nights booked after the commencement of your stay with us, we regret that we are unable to refund any monies paid.
• Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer and is not valid with any other discount.
• Name on the reservation must be the same as the credit cardholder’s name and same individual must check-in for the stay

Terms and Conditions

1. The first night is payable at the time of booking, special periods including but not limited to Christmas and Easter may require additional deposits.
2. Reservations can be amended or adjusted up until 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival
3. Should you wish to cancel your booking you must notify the park 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. Deposits will only be refunded if the park is notified 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival (less an administration fee of $50).
4. If the notice of your cancellation is received within 24 hours to your scheduled arrival time, the park may retain all monies paid.
5. If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit
6. Name on the reservation must be the same as the credit cardholder’s name and same individual must check-in for the stay
7. If you wish to reduce your nights booked after the commencement of your stay with us, we regret that we are unable to refund any monies paid.

Terms and Conditions

1. Non-Refundable credit card pre-payment is required for entire stay at the time of booking.
2. Offer only available to book 10-28 days in advance.
3. Reservations cannot be cancelled, amended or adjusted after booking without penalty.
4. If you do not arrive on your reservation date your reservation will be cancelled without refund or credit.
